Siagi au margarine 1 Kikombe cha chai
Vanilla 1 Kijiko cha chai
Maziwa ya kuchanganyia kiasi
Tende iliyotolewa koko 1 Kikombe
ufuta (sasame) kiasi 1/4 kikombe
Jinsi ya kuandaa na kupika
1. Changanya unga, siagi, baking powder, na sukari katika mashine.
2. Kisha tia mayai, vanilla na halafu maziwa kidogo kidogo hadi mchanganyiko ushikamane.
3. Gawanya madonge mawili na usukume kama chapati, lakini sio nyembamba sana.
4. Tandaza tende robo ya duara na unyunyize ufuta duara zima: kisha kunja hadi mwisho na ukate kate, kisha upange katika trei ya kuvumbika.
5. Vumbika (bake) moto wa 350Β°F kwa muda wa dakika 20 au hadi vigeuke rangi na viwive.
6. Zikisha iiva ziache zipowe na zitakuwa tayari kuliwa.
