Success depends on the collective commitment of individuals, communities, and governments. Future research should explore innovative conflict resolution mechanisms, strengthen inter-community relations, and evaluate the impact of empowerment initiatives on social cohesion and economic development using mixed-methods research designs incorporating quantitative and qualitative data. Longitudinal studies tracking the long-term impacts are particularly recommended.
