6. Upendo wa Mungu unatupa uwezo wa kufikia malengo yetu. Tunapomtegemea Mungu na kuwa na imani kwa upendo wake, tunaweza kutimiza malengo yetu kwa urahisi. Katika Wafilipi 4:13 inasema “Naweza kufanya mambo yote katika yeye anitiaye nguvu.”

7. Upendo wa Mungu unatujenga kiroho. Tunapojisikia upendo wa Mungu, tunahisi kujenga kiroho na kuimarisha imani yetu. Katika Yuda 1:20-21 inasema “Lakini ninyi, wapenzi, mkijijenga juu ya imani yenu takatifu, kwa kusali kwa Roho Mtakatifu, jilindeni ninyi wenyewe katika upendo wa Mungu, mkingojea huruma ya Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo hata ipate uzima wa milele.”

8. Upendo wa Mungu unatupa nguvu ya kuendelea na maisha. Tunapopitia majaribu na matatizo, tunapojisikia upendo wa Mungu tunapata nguvu ya kuendelea mbele. Katika Isaya 41:10 inasema “Usiogope, maana mimi ni pamoja nawe, usifadhaike, maana mimi ni Mungu wako; nitakutia nguvu, naam, nitakusaidia, naam, nitakushika kwa mkono wangu wa kuume wa haki yangu.”

9. Upendo wa Mungu unatupa furaha. Tunapojisikia upendo wa Mungu, tunahisi furaha kwa sababu tunajua yeye anatupenda na kutunza. Katika Zaburi 16:11 inasema “Utanionyesha njia ya uzima; mbele za uso wako ni furaha tele, katika mkono wako wa kuume mna mema ya milele.”

10. Kuimarisha imani yetu kwa upendo wa Mungu ni kujenga uhusiano wa kibinafsi na Mungu. Tunapojisikia upendo wake na kumtumaini sana, tunapata uhusiano wa kibinafsi na Mungu wetu. Katika Yakobo 4:8 inasema “Mkaribieni Mungu, naye atawakaribia ninyi. Ondoeni mikono yenu, ninyi wenye dhambi, na safisheni mioyo yenu, ninyi mnao nia mbili.”

Kuimarisha Imani Yetu Kwa Upendo wa Mungu ni jukumu letu kama wakristo. Tunapojisikia upendo wa Mungu, tunakuwa na nguvu na imani ya kuendelea na maisha. Tunaweza kumtumikia Mungu kwa moyo wote na kuwapenda wenzetu bila masharti. Mungu ni upendo, na tunapaswa kuishi maisha yetu yote kwa upendo wake. Twende na tukaze imani yetu kwa upendo wa Mungu, kwa kuwa yeye ni mwaminifu na hana kikomo.
