Kipindi ambacho unashindwa kufikiria kama utaweza kufanya kitu, unajiona usio na uwezo na unachukua muda mrefu kuanza chochote. Hili ni tatizo ambalo wengi wetu tumekumbana nalo, lakini unapomwamini Mungu na kutumia nguvu ya Roho Mtakatifu, unaweza kujikomboa kutoka kwa mzunguko huu.

1. Kutegemea nguvu za Mungu - Tunapata nguvu zetu kutoka kwa Mungu, sio kutoka kwa nguvu zetu wenyewe. Kwa hivyo, tunapaswa kumtegemea Mungu kwa nguvu zetu na daima kuomba msaada wake.

"Kwa maana Mungu hakutupa roho ya woga, bali ya nguvu na ya upendo na ya kiasi." (2 Timotheo 1:7)

2. Kujua utambulisho wetu - hatupaswi kujiamini kwa sababu ya kitu chochote tunachofanya au tunacho. Tunaaminiwa kwa sababu ya utambulisho wetu kama watoto wa Mungu.

"Angalieni jinsi Baba alivyotupa sisi kwa kupenda, kwamba tuitwe watoto wa Mungu." (1 Yohana 3:1)

3. Kuacha woga - Woga ni adui wa maendeleo yetu na kujiamini kwetu. Tunapaswa kumwacha Mungu atuonyeshe njia na kuacha kujifungia katika hofu.

"Kwa maana Mungu hakutupa roho ya woga, bali ya nguvu na ya upendo na ya kiasi." (2 Timotheo 1:7)

4. Kujifunza kutoka kwa Mungu - Unapomwamini Mungu, unajifunza kutoka kwake. Unajifunza kujiamini kwa sababu unajua kuwa unayo utambulisho na nguvu kutoka kwake.

"Kwa kuwa kila mwenye mzizi hulima, Baba yangu aliye mbinguni atautoa." (Mathayo 15:13)

5. Kuwa na imani - Imani ina nguvu kubwa ya kutufanya tuwe na nguvu na kujiamini katika kila kitu tunachofanya. Kwa hivyo, tunapaswa kuwa na imani katika Mungu na katika sisi wenyewe.

"Kwa maana kwa imani mnasimama." (2 Wakorintho 1:24)

6. Kujifunza kujidhibiti - Unapojifunza kujidhibiti, unaweza kudhibiti mawazo yako na hatimaye kudhibiti hisia yako. Kwa hivyo, unaweza kudhibiti hali yako ya kutokujiamini.

"Kwa kuwa silaha za vita vyetu si za mwili, bali zina nguvu katika Mungu hata kuziangusha ngome." (2 Wakorintho 10:4)

7. Kuwa na amani - Amani ni muhimu sana kwa maisha yetu. Tunapokuwa na amani, tunakuwa na utulivu wa akili na tunaweza kujiamini.

"Msiwe na wasiwasi wowote, bali katika kila neno kwa sala na dua pamoja na kushukuru haja zenu na kujulisha maombi yenu kwa Mungu." (Wafilipi 4:6)

8. Kuwa na matumaini - Tunapokuwa na matumaini, tunajua kuwa mambo mema yatakuja. Kwa hivyo, tunaweza kuwa na nguvu na kujiamini kwa sababu tunaamini kuwa Mungu atatutendea mema.

"Kwa maana nayo kwa kiasi cha kuamini kwenu, kinachokua ndani ya wewe, kinatenda kazi." (2 Wathesalonike 1:3)

9. Kuwa na upendo - Upendo ni muhimu katika maisha yetu. Tunapokuwa na upendo, tunajiamini na tuna nguvu ya kufanya mambo mema.

"Kwa maana Mungu ni upendo, na kila aishiye katika upendo, aishiye katika Mungu, na Mungu huishi ndani yake." (1 Yohana 4:16)

10. Kujifunza kujitolea - Tunapojifunza kujitolea kwa wengine, tunakuwa na nguvu ya kujiamini. Tunajua kuwa tunafanya mambo kwa mapenzi ya Mungu na kwa ajili ya wengine.

"Kwa maana maana ya torati yote iko katika neno moja, nalo ni hili, Umpende jirani yako kama nafsi yako." (Wagalatia 5:14)

Ndugu yangu, kumbuka kuwa unapoamini Mungu na kutumia nguvu ya Roho Mtakatifu, unaweza kujikomboa kutoka kwa mzunguko wa kutokujiamini. Kuwa na imani, matumaini, upendo, na kujitolea kwa wengine. Kumbuka kuwa unayo nguvu kutoka kwa Mungu na utambulisho wako kama mtoto wa Mungu. Mungu yupo nawe daima, anataka ufanikiwe na unapomwomba atakusaidia kupitia kila changamoto. Shalom!
